The team advised on the purchase of 7 acres of meadowland at Woodbury Salterton in East Devon, which has been acquired for equestrian and grazing. The deal, completed under a private treaty within 8 weeks, included a private water supply.

Meanwhile, the team also completed the purchase of woodland near Looe in Cornwall for another private client.
