Kitson Boyce Grows Its Commercial Property Offer

Award-winning law firm Kitson Boyce has expanded its commercial property team with the arrival of a new lawyer in its Plymouth Office.

Jasmine Galvin has joined the firm after qualifying as a solicitor and will work closely with Partner Matthew Bryant to drive transactions and advise on client portfolios.   She started studying law in 2016 at the University of Plymouth where she gained an LLB before going on to study for a Masters in Legal Practice at the University of Exeter.

Jasmine has over 4 years of experience in working at local law firms including roles as a legal assistant, paralegal, trainee solicitor and solicitor which included advising on property, family and trust matters. She was named in Devon Chamber of Commerce’s 30 Under 30 in 2022 and is an active member of the Plymouth Junior Lawyers Division.

Jasmine joins a 12 strong commercial property team at the firm which was named ‘a one to watch’ in the latest edition of the Legal 500.  It advises clients on sales, purchases and lease arrangements across a range of sectors from hospitality to retail and healthcare. It also provides specialist corporate support work on asset and share sales and acquisitions and recently worked on the sale of Wycombe Wanderers for a US-based client.

On joining the firm, Jasmine said:
