The firm picked up the award in the over £4m category after being highly praised for the successful merger of Kitsons and Boyce Hatton last year at a glittering ceremony at University of Exeter’s Great Hall.

The judges were impressed by the way that staff have quickly adapted to the merger, and in doing so have attracted exceptional client feedback and gained recognition from external bodies including Lexcel, The Times Best Law Firms Guide, and Experian’s Mergers and Acquisitions Review.

A jubilant team from Kitson Boyce picked up the award, which was sponsored by PKF Francis Clark, from TV personality and barrister Rob Rinder MBE in front of over 300 attendees.
