We offer a service tailored to you, depending on how much assistance you require throughout the process, whether that be drafting the application on your behalf to the Court and communicating with your spouse and his solicitors, or whether this would include negotiating settlements for children or financial arrangements on your behalf.

The divorce process starts with the initial application for divorce, which will grant you what is known as a Conditional Order and ends with a Final Order. The process takes a minimum of 26 weeks but can take longer if you are waiting on an agreement regarding the care of the Children or financial matters. Any agreement reached cannot be completed with a Consent Order until the Conditional Order is obtained from the Court.
