Kitson Boyce Leads The Way For Residential Property Completions
Award-winning law firm Kitson Boyce has been named as the top performing conveyancing solicitors in Torbay and as leaders in Devon by the UK’s top residential property data provider Twenty Convey.
The Twenty Convey report (which uses Land Registry data) on the residential property market in the first half of 2025 names Kitson Boyce in first place for its number completions in the TQ postcode. In total, its lawyers completed 21.3% more than the second placed firm in the area.
Kitson Boyce, which has offices in Torquay, Exeter and Plymouth is also ranked in second place for completions across the whole of Devon over the first half of the year. It also confirms that the firm outperforms the national average for both completion times and filing post completion submissions by two and seven days respectively.
