Sarah Roach

About Sarah

Sarah is based at our Torquay office and started working for us in September 2025. She is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) having qualified in 2004, whilst working in an accounting practice as an auditor.

Since qualification she has worked in industry roles within busy finance departments for a variety of industries, including Mattel Toys, Landmark Information Group, Princess Yachts and South West Water.

Sarah’s main areas of specialism are:

• Managing efficient finance teams, particularly through times of change
• Providing clear and insightful finance information, focusing on  non-finance colleagues, to aid strategic decision making
• Finance system implementation (design, testing and acceptance)
• Collaborating effectively with external advisors such as auditors, tax advisors and insurance

Outside of work, Sarah enjoys dog walking (particularly on her local beach in Teignmouth), participating in a rock choir and watching sport.
