Hosted at The Great Hall at Exeter University, the firm were delighted their Residential Property team brought home the trophy, winning Team of the Year.

The award win recognises the collaborative nature of the Residential Property team and is testament to the hard work shown daily and commitment to clients.

Over the past 12 months, performance has been exceptional. Independent data from Twenty Convey shows the team ranked number one for completions in Torbay in 2025, completing 21.3% more transactions than the second-ranked firm. Across Devon, the team is ranked number two, with faster market share growth than the top-ranked firm.

Jenna Hamilton-Pursglove, Partner and Head of Residential Property collected the award on the night with fellow team members, commenting she said:
