Study Pays Off For Private Client Lawyer
We are proud to announce that Kate Stuckey, a Private Client Executive in our Torquay office, has achieved Fellowship status from the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEx). Her new enhanced status enables her to practice as a Chartered Legal Executive, equivalent to a solicitor.
Kate has worked in Private Client since 2001 and started her CILEx journey in 2011. She has diligently applied herself to her studies, dedicating one day a week to her qualification alongside working and becoming a mum to two children. Following on from her success, she now intends to apply for Practice Rights which will enable her to further her career as a Private Client lawyer and become a CILEx Probate Practitioner.
She is a shining example of what we call ‘The KB Way’ which captures our values: We Care, Do Right Together (and very aptly in Kate’s case) Always Growing.
