About Sophia

Sophia is an Associate in our Private Client team and is based in our Plymouth office. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives specialising in Wills and Probate, focusing on the following areas:

• Wills
• Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection
• Probate and Administration
• Managing clients financial affairs
• Trusts

Sophia has had a passion for pursing a career in law ever since an early age and studied Law at college and University before beginning her career as a Legal Assistant in 2005. Qualifying as a Legal Executive in 2010, she is keen to share her knowledge and experience that has been acquired over the years with the rest of the team.

Alongside working, Sophia volunteered as a Trustee on the INSPIRE Multi Academy Trust (South West) for 8 years. This experience provided her with an insight into education from both a parent/pupil and teacher/school perspective. The volunteering enabled Sophia to provide the school with her knowledge of Trusts and contribute to the making of significant decisions.

Outside of work, Sophia enjoys spending time with her family, cooking and gardening.
