Patrick Gaskins’ reputation precedes him in both the Leisure and Tourism sector as well as having a significant presence with residential investors and developers both locally and nationally.

He is known for his straight talking and calm approach and gains new clients through referrals from existing clients, agents and mortgage brokers alike although his current extensive client base is well rounded and impressive.

In addition to his transactional commercial property caseload, Patrick also supports our Corporate Team with transactions that have a property element to provide a well-rounded legal service to all clients on a range of business transactions.
