Devon law firm Kitsons has welcomed back a familiar face. Andrew Pay has returned to the firm as Partner and Head of the Dispute Resolution and Insolvency teams, after a short period working in-house for one of Kitsons’ clients.

Andrew has a wealth of experience in all areas of commercial litigation but is noted for his insolvency expertise, with extensive knowledge working with insolvency practitioners, companies, directors and individuals across the South West and beyond, in both corporate and personal insolvency matters.

He also acts for lenders in recovering debts, particularly asset based and finance lease funders with wide-ranging experience in recovering debts from guarantors.

Andrew will lead Kitsons’ Dispute Resolution and Insolvency teams and also work closely with the firm’s growing Corporate and Employment teams.
