Already recognised as a ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by the industry guide The Legal 500, this is the latest promotion in a distinguished career at the firm.  He originally joined in 2008 as a paralegal before leaving to complete his Graduate Diploma in Law and the Legal Practice Course. He returned in 2010 as a trainee solicitor and qualified in 2012. After five years of consistently strong client feedback in the employment team, he was promoted to associate in 2017.

Rory mainly advises employers and also has extensive experience in advising employees, as individuals or groups, on settlement agreements, litigation and negotiating exit packages.

Commenting on his promotion to partner, Rory said:
