About Jenna

Jenna is a Partner and Head of our Residential Property team. Jenna handles a wide range of property matters including sales, purchases, remortgage and first registrations to more complex matters such as shared ownership transactions, private drainage and easement agreements, Building Safety Act property transactions equity release and bridging finance. She is also Senior Reporting Officer for our CQS accreditation.

Jenna has specialised in residential property for nearly 20 years. She is a qualified Chartered Legal Executive and advocate for the CILEx route to law. Jenna is also a CILEx Conveyancing Practitioner and likes to keep well informed about the latest legal developments as well as new technologies to enable the conveyancing process to proceed more efficiently.

In her spare time, Jenna is kept busy with her energetic French Bulldog and equally energetic son. Jenna is also a huge cheese fan, often pairing with a nice glass of white wine.

I first contacted Jenna Hamilton-Pursglove at Kitson Boyce in June 2023 following a recommendation from an established Architect’s Practice in Cambridge who regularly deal with Jenna at Kitsons. From selling the house to finally moving, the whole process was lengthy, though fortunately we had Jenna to guide us through it. Our house was sold and we moved into temporary accommodation. We finally moved to our new house in January 2024. The contract with Jenna was for the sale of our house and purchase of a new home. Jenna is an outstanding lawyer. She dealt with everything at pace and kept us informed of the progress. When she wasn't getting information, she needed from the other party in a timely manner, she kept pushing until she did.
